Designed as a resort style community, Regatta offers amazing on-site amenities such as a fitness center, poolside grill and picnic area, furnished social room with built in media center, electronic gated entry, and two swimming pools decorated with striking aquascapes. Restaurants? Wow! Do we have them. All within an EASY walk: From the Ritz Carlton across the street, to Da Ru Ma (teppan Japanese) next door, to the many in the Publix Shopping Center a few blocks east toward US 41. There we have Flemings (high end steak), a Mediteranean restaurant, Thai, and The China Pavilion. Take an evening stroll across US 41 to the very trendy Mercato where you can pick up some wholesome groceries at the new Whole Foods, meet and greet friends for a drink at the hot Blue Martini or enjoy an elegant or casual dinner at a wide array of tasty restaurants including Seasons 52. Catch the latest film at the new state-of-the-art Silverspot Cinema at Mercato. It is a beautiful new shopping/dining/movie experience with free live concerts on the first Thursday of each month. There is a new FREE shuttle from Mercato down to the Fifth Avenue shopping district. Party on! Just up the road, we have Florida FIRST Trader Joe’s.
